References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ZZ Keys Limited. This website sells downloadable technical analysis tools and indicators.

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital products bought through https://chivaroconsulting.com/. Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are handled as set out below.

2. When we refund

We issue a full refund where:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid but never received access, and we cannot resolve delivery.
• The product does not function as described on its product page and we cannot fix the fault within a reasonable period.
• You bought the wrong product and request a refund before redeeming the licence or download.

3. When we do not refund

We do not refund because a product did not produce a profitable trade, because you changed your mind after installing and using the product, because your platform subscription or account does not meet the stated requirements, or where the licence has been shared or resold in breach of the Licence Agreement.

4. How to request one

Email support@chivaroconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem. We may ask for screenshots or settings so support can attempt a fix first.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Licences attached to a refunded order are deactivated.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues faster directly.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
