Licence Agreement

Operator. This website is operated by ZZ Keys Limited, trading as Chivaro Consulting (Business Registration Number 79310020), a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with its registered office at Unit E01, 10/F, Wong King Ind Building, 2-4 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ZZ Keys Limited. This website sells downloadable technical analysis tools and indicators.

1. Grant

On payment in full, ZZ Keys Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the purchased product for your own trading analysis.

2. Permitted use

You may install the product on the number of accounts or devices stated on the product page, use it on any symbol or timeframe your platform supports, and adjust its settings for your own use.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicence, rent, lend, publish, or distribute the product; share licence keys, invite links, or files with anyone else; decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer it; remove or alter notices; or present it as your own work.

4. Ownership

The product is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property remains with ZZ Keys Limited or its licensors.

5. Updates

Where a product page states that updates are included, you receive future versions of that product at no extra cost for as long as it is supported. We may discontinue a product, in which case previously delivered versions remain usable under this licence.

6. Support

Support covers installation, configuration, and defect reports. It does not cover trading advice, strategy design, or custom development, which are quoted separately.

7. No warranty as to results

The product is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular trading outcome. Markets carry risk and the product does not remove it.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the product and delete all copies. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
