References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ZZ Keys Limited. This website sells downloadable technical analysis tools and indicators.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver digital products:

• Account and order information — name, email address, phone number, country, and billing address, provided by you at checkout.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference. We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials.
• Support correspondence — messages you send through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics.
• Local storage — your shopping cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser and are not transmitted to us until you check out.

2. How we use it

To process orders, deliver products and licence keys, provide support, send service messages about products you own, meet accounting and tax obligations, and detect fraud. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (order fulfilment and support), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and for our legitimate interests in securing the service and preventing fraud. Marketing email is sent only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and company law. Support correspondence is retained for up to three years. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we have no continuing legal basis to retain it, a copy of your data in portable form, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

8. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
