References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ZZ Keys Limited. This website sells downloadable technical analysis tools and indicators.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of https://chivaroconsulting.com/ and any purchase made through it. Your contract is with ZZ Keys Limited, trading as Chivaro Consulting. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Products and services
This website sells downloadable technical analysis tools and indicators for third-party charting and trading platforms. We do not sell, offer, or operate any brokerage, money-management, signal, copy-trading, or investment service, and we do not hold client funds.
These products are analytical and educational tools. They display and highlight chart conditions for your own review. They do not place trades, do not predict future prices, and do not guarantee any trading outcome. Nothing sold or published on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not licensed to provide it. All trading and investment decisions are yours alone.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that buying and using these products is lawful where you live.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude taxes unless stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, refunding in full where payment has been taken.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed, access instructions are sent to the email address given at checkout — a download file, an invite link, or a licence key, depending on the product. It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to check spam folders.
6. Licence
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence as set out in the Licence Agreement. You may not resell, redistribute, share, decompile, or reverse-engineer any product.
7. Third-party platforms
Our products run inside third-party platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, for their availability, or for their terms.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual property
All content, code, and branding on this site belongs to ZZ Keys Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms or the Licence Agreement are breached.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
