Purpose and Commitment
Chivaro Consulting LLC is committed to upholding the integrity of the financial system by preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activities. While our services focus on education, we voluntarily align with U.S. AML standards.
1. Legal Compliance
We comply with the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN guidelines.
2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
When applicable, we may request client identification such as:
Government-issued photo ID.
Proof of address.
Verification through secure online systems.
3. Monitoring and Reporting
We actively monitor user activities for suspicious behavior, including unusual payment patterns or identity inconsistencies. Any suspicious activities will be reported to relevant authorities under federal law.
4. Record Retention
All customer and transaction records are securely stored for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with U.S. regulatory standards.
5. Training and Awareness
Our staff receives regular AML compliance training to identify and escalate potential risks promptly.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when legitimate requests are made.
