Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Chivaro Consulting LLC, we aim to deliver quality educational services. However, due to the digital nature of our offerings, we maintain a clear no-refund policy once services are accessed or downloaded.


2. Digital Products

All purchases of online courses, webinars, or eBooks are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access is granted, refunds cannot be issued.


3. Subscription Services

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime before the next billing cycle by emailing support@chivaroconsulting.com. Cancellation will take effect for subsequent billing periods.


4. Event Cancellations

If we cancel or reschedule a webinar or workshop, customers will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future event.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or system error, upon review by our support team.


6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks without communication will be treated as fraudulent. We reserve the right to deny future access to such users.


7. Policy Modifications

Chivaro Consulting LLC may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
